This Refund Policy governs refunds for purchases made on AI Mastering service. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Free Services
Free processing sessions and MP3 downloads are non-refundable as no payment is involved.
WAV 24-bit Purchases
Refunds for WAV 24-bit purchases ($5 per track) may be granted in the following cases:
- Technical failure: If the WAV file is corrupted or unplayable due to our processing error
- Processing not completed: If your track failed to process and no output was generated
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase for any refund request
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact support@mastering-project.com with your track ID and reason for refund
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- After the WAV file has been downloaded
- For abuse of the service or violation of our Terms of Service
- For chargebacks filed without prior contact with us
