By accessing or using AI Mastering service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
Service Description
AI Mastering provides online audio processing services including:
- Audio polishing (noise and artifact removal)
- Music mastering with 11 ready-made patterns
- Download of processed files in MP3 and WAV 24-bit formats
Account
To use our service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Maintain only one account per user
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You must:
- Have the right to upload and process the audio files you submit
- Own or have permission to use all content in your audio files
- Not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Not resell or redistribute processed tracks as a mastering service
Payment Terms
Our pricing model:
- 3 free processing sessions per day (MP3 download included)
- WAV 24-bit download: $5 per track (+10 priority queue processes)
- Payments are charged immediately and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original audio files.
You own the processed output files. We do not claim any ownership over your music.
Our service, branding, and technology are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced.
Warranty Disclaimer
Our service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed audio will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, access to unprocessed files will be lost.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
